 100 g Almond flour
 20 g Coconut flour
 20 g Erythritol
 5 g Baking powder
 5 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 60 g Cream cheese
 Cooking oil

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Melt the cream cheese in the microwave.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the vanilla extract and mix with the dry ingredients.

Whip the egg whites then gradually integrate them into the preparation.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes (about 2 to 3 minutes per side).
