Put in a pan the strawberries cut in small pieces with the erythritol and a little bit of water.
Cook few minutes on medium/high heat the mixture is like a jam consistency. Mix everything with an immersion mixer. Set aside.
In a big bowl, mix with an electric mixer the mascarpone and the cream until reaching a creamy texture. If you want a more liquid preparation, add more cream.
Add erythritol to the mixture and mix again.
Add the strawberries sauce and slightly mix with a spatula in a way that there is several color shade in the mixture.
Pour the mixture in glasses then add few strawberries cut in small squares and some almond flakes.
