250 g Chicken fillet
200 g Konjac Noodles, wash with warm water
1 Onion, chopped coarsely
2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Carrot,chopped in thin strips
1 Bellpepper (Red or Green),chopped in thin strips
125 g Cabbage, chopped in thick strips
Spring Oniions, chopped finely
1 pc chicken cube or bouillon
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce or Coco Aminos
In a large pan, heat oil in medium heat then saute garlic and onion until translucent.
Add the chicken and cooked for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce,carrots,bellpepper and cabbage and mix it together then simmer for 5 minutes.
Stay in medium, Place the konjac noodles and stir.Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Serve while it's hot.Enjoy!
