Fathead pizza dough

Keto Pizza | Triple Cheese

 70 g almond flour
 200 g shredded mozzarella
 50 g cream cheese
 1 egg
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 Herbs (origan, parlic powder...)

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C


Melt the shredded mozzarella and the cream cheese in the microwave. Mix with a maryse until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.


Add the other ingredients and mix until you have a uniform ball of dough.


Spread the ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper to obtain the thickness of your choice.


Bake 10 to 15 minutes until the dough turns golden.
