Creamy white sauce

 75 g Butter
 ½ tsp Xanthan gum
 400 ml Chicken broth
 150 ml Heavy cream
 1 tbsp Mustard
 1 tsp Nutmeg
 Salt
 Pepper

In a saucepan, melt the butter then add the xanthan gum.

Add the broth and cream, then stir until the mixture thickens.

Add the mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
