Chocolate Chips Cookies

 170 g almond flour
 100 g salted butter
 80 g erythritol
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 egg
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
 40 85% chopped dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180°C .


Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.


In a mixing bowl, mix and beat the butter and the sugar substitute.


Add the egg and vanilla and slowly beat for 15 seconds.


Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well together.


Combine into a a ball of cookie dough?


Incorporate the chocolate chips to the dough by hand. Divide and shape into 12 balls and Place them on a baking tray.


Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C or until golden.
