Blender made chocolate cream

 125 ml heavy cream
 125 ml unsweetened almond milk
 60 g butter
 60 g white chocolate85% minimum
 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  cup stevia
 ½ tsp instant coffee powder (optional)
 2 eggs

In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk and butter. Bring to a boil then remove from heat.

In a blender, combine the dark chocolate, cocoa powder, stevia and instant coffee powder. Mix several times.

Pour the liquid into the mixer bowl and mix everything together.

Add the eggs then mix again.

Pour into 4 containers then let stand for at least an hour.
